The female body with its round shapes, supple movements and welcoming form inspires security, maternal understanding, compassion, love and strength.

The female body is a gift to every woman. Its form is reminiscent of a vase, where the alchemy of life takes place and a new existence matures into life until the day it sees the light of day. The woman as guardian of the secret of life is deeply connected to her fertility.

Feeling the desire to have a child connects a woman with a deep longing to pass on life and to experience motherhood. The background, energetic treatments and rituals that you will acquire in this seminar will help you to accompany women consciously and lovingly in this longing, search and path to and for the child.

We will look at and learn to understand the topic of the desire to have children from different perspectives: Traditional Chinese Medicine and Indian chakra teaching, energetic and craniosacral bodywork, female archetype teaching and solution-oriented coaching form the theoretical cornerstones of this training course.

Helpful and effective approaches, rituals and techniques from each of these disciplines and methods will be presented to support women in a loving and understanding way with this important and sensitive topic.

Contents of the training seminar

Module 1: The desire to have children as a growth process

• The psychological, energetic, TCM-related and shamanic backgrounds and aspects of the desire to have children
• Fertility as a metaphor
• Fertility and infertility from a psychological, symbolic, energetic, shamanic and karmic perspective
• Ways to develop the creative power of the soul and physical fertility

Module 2: Consciously dealing with your own birth process as a path to a fulfilled desire to have children

• Understanding your own prenatal phase and birth: The body and soul remember
• Guided meditations to experience the prenatal phase and the birth process in a symbolically healing way and to feel it as a path to the unfolding of personal creativity
• Understanding the impact of caesarean sections, abrupt births and other birth events and circumstances energetically, emotionally and physically and recognizing their role in the desire to have children

Module 3: Conscious and competent energetic support for women and men who wish to have children

• The psychological, energetic, TCM-related and shamanic background to fertility, infertility and the desire to have children
• Exercises, rituals, treatments, self-treatments and shamanic healing techniques to help women and men understand the desire to have children and related issues and to consciously accompany them with energetic, ritual and TCM knowledge

Module 4: Energetic physical exercises

• Yoga, Taoist exercises, mudra and self-treatments to strengthen the body and soul when trying to conceive
