Liability for content

As a service provider, we are, among other things, host providers within the meaning of Section 16 ECG (eCommerce Act), because we enable third parties to store information (e.g. in comments, forums). We are generally responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws. Following Section 18 (1) ECG however, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

In regard to obligations to remove or block the use of obviously unlawful content in accordance with the general laws, we shall comply withSection 16 (1) line 2 ECG . However, liability in this respect is only possible from the moment of knowledge of a specific infringement. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove these contents immediately.
